Welcome to issue 61, the May issue of the contemporary arts magazine Inspirational.

In this issue we feature the Belgium based writer, photographer, and art historian Francois Harray. Francois is a Queer artist that produces work that is always thoughtful and challenging. For Inspirational, he has featured 'Laughing's Over', a photographic series of work that is in memory of the victims of the homophobic regimes of Chechnya, Nazi Germany, and so many others.
